You can book a counsellor session directly from the Counselling section in the Resource Library, or click "Book a Session" in the counsellor panel on this page. Sessions are usually available within 1–2 school days.

Yes. When you complete a survey, you can choose to make results Public or Private. Private results are only visible to you and the school admin. You can change this setting later from your survey history page.

Your career match score is based on your answers across all completed surveys β€” including your academic interests, personality traits, learning style, and skills assessment. The more surveys you complete, the more accurate your match becomes.

Start by logging your mood in the check-in above β€” this notifies your counsellor if you're having a tough time. You can also browse the Study Skills and Maths Help resource categories, or submit a support ticket below to get direct help from school staff.

Yes, you can delete your own posts at any time from the Photo Posts section. If a post has been reported or flagged by admin, you may need to contact admin to resolve it before deletion.

Submit a support ticket below and select "Account & Access" as the category. The school admin typically responds within one school day. For urgent account issues, you can also ask your class teacher to escalate.

Your mood data is private by default. The school counsellor is only automatically notified if you select "Struggling" or "Low" in the mood check-in. Admin can see anonymised aggregate mood trends for the school, not individual responses.
